When will my order be shipped out?
All items will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days of purchase.
What is the method of shipping?
UPS or USPS 1st Class is the method of shipping. Remember that the shipping cost is included for all orders in the contiguous states in the USA. Additional charges may be required for shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
Return Policy
All sales are final. However, if a product arrives damaged, I will gladly repair or exchange the piece. You must show proof of the damage within 3 days of receiving your package. You will be responsible for shipping costs when returning an order. If you are shipping an item or items over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don’t guarantee that you will receive your return items.
Many of the materials being used have natural imperfections, whether we are talking about wood, felt, pearls, gems or even sea glass. The uniqueness of each handcrafted piece is part of its special charm. However, if your piece breaks
through no fault of your own, please call me to discuss whether it can be repaired.
As with all jewelry, it is important that you take care of it and understand that alcohol and other chemicals can damage pearls, and that water can affect the dyes used in the felt and the wood. Sterling Silver will oxidize overtime unless worn frequently, but some people prefer that darkened look.
